1. You may fill out the application online and print it.
2. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

Our Application Fee is $40 per person so we can do a Credit and Criminal background check. All we need to hold your apartment is a money order or a cashiers check for $40 for the application fee, and one for $150 for the Redecoration Fee.
